CONTRACT OPTIONS
Prognosti has a variety of contracts that can be tailored to meet the needs of larger customer projects.
Service Agreement
Our industry standard service agreement defines general terms that are common to most projects. This agreement is then customized by adding appropriate 'Attachments' as described below.
Block of Time Purchase Attachment
An agreement where you can agree to purchase a certain number of hours of service in exchange for a reduced hourly rate.
Managed Services Attachment
Defines a fixed set of services that Prognosti will provide for a fixed monthly fee.
Service Level Attachment
Defines what is an acceptable level of service, and the penalties Prognosti will incur if we fail to deliver this acceptable level of service. This attachment generally applies only to customers with managed services arrangements.
